New Zealand Orders
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
International Orders
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Ngati Porou Wear purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.
Change of Mind
We accept returns or exchanges for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags are still attached

Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at kiaora@natigrowth.co.nz with your order number and photos if applicable.
In line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty products. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
